Skill Development

Our interaction with women from challenged economic status revealed the gap between the rich & the poor quite evidently. In addition, women in our area lack the confidence to engage with society in general. To overcome this, we kicked a Skill Development campaign, much on the lines of “Atmanirbhar Bharat” by our Hon. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji. Under this campaign, our team identified the talent available amongst women, created a platform for them to convert their talent into livelihood and organized mini fairs in residential colonies nearby giving them exposure on starting their own business, pricing strategies and marketing nuances.
